We are currently seeking for an Aftersales Product Business Analytics Specialist to join our Mexico City team.
A day in the life of this role
Responsible for supporting the strategy and growth of the Second Line and Remanufactured Parts business through data analytics, business intelligence, forecasting, inventory optimization, and reporting automation. This role serves as the key analytics partner for Product Planning, transforming sales, inventory, market, and product data into actionable business insights. Additionally, it oversees product master data governance, ensuring data accuracy and standardization across systems while maintaining a centralized product catalog to support informed decision-making, new product development, and business growth.
Who are we looking for:
Business Analytics & Strategic Insights
Analyze business performance, KPIs, sales trends, profitability, and product opportunities to support strategic decision-making and growth.
Demand Forecasting & Inventory Optimization
Develop demand forecasts, optimize inventory levels, and identify inventory risks in collaboration with Supply Chain teams.
Reporting & Dashboard Development
Create and automate dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools to provide actionable business insights.
Product Data Management & Governance
Manage and standardize product master data, ensuring accuracy of part numbers, specifications, and centralized product information.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with multiple business functions to support product launches, business initiatives, and analytical projects.
Continuous Improvement
Drive data quality, reporting efficiency, governance standards, and process optimization initiatives.
Data Automation & Digital Solutions
Lead automation, data integration, and self-service analytics solutions to improve efficiency, visibility, and decision-making.
Required Skills:
- Data Automation and Workflow Optimization
- Business Process Automation Tools (Power Automate, Alteryx, Tableau Prep, Python, SQL, or similar)
- Data Integration and ETL Concepts
- Development of Self-Service Analytics
- Data Governance and Data Architecture Fundamentals
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data manipulation and statistical analysis
- Expertise in sales forecasting methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with sales teams, dealers, and other departments
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and reporting software
- Fully Bilingual
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, Applied Science in Data Analytics, Data Science
Previous Work Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Data Analytics
- Experience in automotive industry, OEM or second brands experience as a plus
Other requirements:
- Fully bilingual Spanish English
