Te whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity
Are you naturally curious, great at building relationships, and excited by the connection between innovation and business success? Join Beca as an Innovation Revenue Advisor and help unlock the value of the innovative work happening across our business.
Reporting to the Group Tax Manager, you'll partner with project teams, technical specialists, and business leaders to identify innovation revenue opportunities, capture compelling evidence, and support successful, compliant claims. You'll bring together people, ideas, and information to help ensure Beca receives the recognition and benefits it deserves for its innovation efforts.
You'll also play a key role in championing innovation across Beca—sharing insights, building awareness, and helping teams understand how their work can contribute to innovation revenue outcomes.
What you'll be doing:
Identifying and supporting innovation revenue opportunities across the business.
Working with project teams and technical experts to gather evidence and prepare claim documentation.
Developing practical tools, templates, and processes that make identifying and documenting eligible activities easier.
Partnering with external advisors to navigate complex technical and scientific matters.
Keeping up to date with legislative and regulatory changes.
Supporting business-wide communications, engagement initiatives, and training.
Tracking outcomes, preparing reporting, and sharing insights.
Driving continuous improvement and building strong relationships across Beca and beyond.
This is a unique opportunity to combine stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and innovation in a role that makes a tangible impact on Beca's growth and future success.
