Elements Massage East Amherst is looking for a positive and outgoing individual to join our team as a Part Time or Full-Time Assistant Manager.

- One year management experience in retail or spa setting
- Strong sales and customer service experience
- Ability to multi-task and work under stress
- Be able to lead and motive a team
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule, day/ nights/ weekends and holidays.
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of massage therapy
Responsibilities include:
- Day-to-day management of studio operations
- Responsible for achieving and exceeding goals set for membership sales
- Responsible to ensure cleanliness of studio at all times
- Assist in hiring and training of staff
- Maintain the accuracy of the client files and system reports
- Scheduling of staff
- Social media coordinator
All with the goal of ensuring a flawless client experience and meeting established studio goals on a weekly, monthly and annual basis.
