Responsibilities

• Perform post-construction cleaning, removing dust, debris, and construction residue.
• Complete turnover suite cleans to prepare units for new tenants or owners.
• Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, fixtures, windows, and all surfaces.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and detail units to move-in-ready standards.
• Report any deficiencies or maintenance concerns.
