Position Details:
•Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available until 6 pm!
•Hourly rates between $21-$26/hour based on experience

Our RBTs are supervised by experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are committed to mentorship, collaboration, and quality care. Our ABA program embraces a:

Responsibilities
Provide ABA Therapy
- Deliver 1:1 and group ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision
- Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior support strategies
- Use teaching methods such as Natural Environment Teaching (NET) and Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
- Help children build communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills
Collect Data & Complete Documentation
- Record behavioral data and session notes accurately
- Complete documentation in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records to support treatment progress
Collaborate with Families & Team Members
- Work closely with BCBAs, caregivers, and other therapy professionals
- Support caregiver training as directed by your BCBA
- Share observations and communicate client progress
Maintain Compliance & Professional Standards
- Follow HIPAA, ethical guidelines, and company policies
- Maintain RBT certification or actively work toward certification
- Participate in supervision, training, and ongoing feedback sessions

- Set up therapy materials and session spaces
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
- Follow all safety and behavior support procedures

- Attend required training and professional development activities
- Accept coaching and feedback with a growth mindset

Qualifications
- Ideal candidates hold a valid RBT certification or have completed the 40-hour RBT certification course! Not an RBT yet? No worries! We have an on sit training program as a benefit.
- Experience in the field of mental health, child development, or education. However, we encourage anyone to apply that enjoys being around children and has a passion for making a difference in their lives!
- Must be at least 18 years old and have, at minimum, completed high school/national equivalent, and have reliable transportation.
