Description
As a Corporate Customer Service Representative, you will support customers across Canadian Tire's brands and affiliated programs while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role involves handling a diverse range of customer inquiries and requires the ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Must be English proficient to be eligible for this role.
This is a temporary full-time position from Oct 5 until Jan 30, 2027
This role will have full-time training hours, Mon-Fri 9AM - 5PM over 3 weeks for Group 1, and 8AM - 4PM over 3 weeks for Group 2.

What you'll do
To support our tremendous growth during the Holiday, cyber and boxing week period you will be trained to support inbound customer service calls and emails related to our websites, mobile applications, online shopping and eCommerce order reviews.
Understand customer needs and communicate over phone and/or email to build customer confidence in our ability to provide service, all while shaping a positive perception of Canadian Tire.
Support various components of the Canadian Tire customer base, including Retail Stores (Canadian Tire and Party City), Triangle Rewards Programs, Partnerships and Events, Owned Brand Warranty inquiries, After Sales Service and Support, Gift Cards, Jumpstart, and Petroleum.
Provide support across several key areas of the business, including:
Triangle Rewards Program: Assist customers with loyalty-related inquiries such as missing points, promotional offers not being applied, account management, and account merges.
After Sales Product Support & Warranties: Help customers use products they have purchased by providing product information, troubleshooting assistance, and support with warranty-related inquiries.
Store Experiences & Company Policies: Address customer concerns related to store experiences, complaints, price matching, corporate responsibility inquiries, and company policies.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum one (1) year of customer service experience in a customer-facing environment such as retail, fast food, hospitality, hotel services, or a similar industry.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Ability to solve problems while keeping the customer at the center of every interaction.
Nice to Have (Not Required):
Previous call centre or contact centre experience.
While some experience is preferred, if you have a willingness to learn, enjoy solving problems, and are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences, this is definitely the place to be.
Shifts
*Our Sept to December department hours of operation are expected to be:
8:00am – 9:00pm, Monday to Friday
9:00am – 5:00pm Saturday and Sunday
*Subject to change during peak times
This role requires flexibility to meet changing business needs. While shifts may vary, you can expect to work primarily evenings (until close) and weekends.
