As a Senior Manager, HR Transformation & Strategy, you will lead and influence complex enterprise-wide initiatives that shape how HR delivers value to employees, leaders, and the broader organization. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while helping Schwab continue to challenge the status quo and evolve the employee experience.

Overview
- Partner with stakeholders to define vision, align priorities and objectives, and drive execution of transformational initiatives.
- Apply a consultative approach to identify opportunities for greater efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness while helping teams navigate change and achieve sustainable results.
- Help elevate team capabilities by sharing best practices, providing coaching, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.
What you have

Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of Human Resources, management consulting, transformation, strategic planning, and/or project leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Proven ability to develop strategy and translate strategic objectives into executable plans that drive measurable business outcomes
- Experience building credibility, influencing decisions, and fostering strong partnerships with HR professionals, leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience leading initiatives through change and organizational transformation
- Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building capabilities
- Ability to analyze business challenges, evaluate opportunities, and develop practical solutions aligned to organizational objectives
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience consulting with senior leaders on strategic initiatives, operating models, programs, or process improvement opportunities
- Demonstrated success driving cross-functional alignment and execution across complex organizations
- Experience establishing metrics, success measures, and performance indicators to evaluate initiative effectiveness and business impact
- Strong project management knowledge, methodologies, and tools
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and balance multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Experience identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and organizational effectiveness
- Growth mindset with a focus on innovation, continuous improvement, and challenging conventional approaches
- Strong presentation skills and executive-level communication capabilities
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or developing team members
- Bachelor’s degree
