BANAMEX Analista Contable

The Community Development Anlyst is a developing professional role. Applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data. Identifies policy gaps and formulates policies. Interprets data and makes recommendations. Researches and interprets factual information. Identifies inconsistencies in data or results, defines business issues and formulates recommendations on policies, procedures or practices. Integrates established disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area with basic understanding of related industry practices. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Develops working knowledge of industry practices and standards. Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided. Impact of the job holder is restricted to own team.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the development of content and training strategies that allow the continuous updating and consolidation of the educational offer through the promotion of the financial and economic culture between the different segments of the population.
• Coordinate the design and implementation of the educational strategies of the area for the promotion of the financial and economic culture.
• Coordinate the detection of needs, the design and implementation, as well as the social and educational approach to update and innovate the educational offer, according to the different segments of the population.
• Design and actuate the strategies and methodologies of classroom training, direct and in cascade to ensure the development of financial and economic skills in children, young people and adults, business people, entrepreneurs and organizations of civil society, in favor of their welfare.
• Design and/or validation of the content for materials, training and channels of knowledge offers to contribute to personal welfare, family and community.
• Design and consolidate models of intervention toward: children, young people, adults, entrepreneurs and business, collaborators and clients
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

• Bachelors degree

• # Hacer el registro contable de las operaciones de 2 entidades (ingresos, costos, gastos, provisiones, ventas, movimientos bancarios, etc.)

• # Realizar conciliaciones bancarias y cálculo de depreciación de activos.

• # Preparar estados financieros mensuales.

• # Elaborar auxiliares de detalle para pago de impuestos y otras obligaciones fiscales.

• # Elaborar presentaciones a la dirección.

• # Preparación de información contable para auditorias.

• # Asegurar el control interno y cumplimiento de políticas.

# Requisitos:

• # Escolaridad: Necesario licenciatura en contaduría concluida. Deseable titulado.

• # Experiencia en área contable deseable de 6 meses en adelante.

• # Habilidades numéricas y analíticas, así como en automatización de procesos.

• # Experiencia en análisis para generar propuestas estratégicas y toma de decisiones.

• # Sólido conocimiento en excel de medio a avanzado (tablas dinámicas).

• # Deseable experiencia en manejo de ERPs contables (SAP,Fullsuite,Contpaqi,etc).

• # Pensamiento estratégico y buena comunicación.
