Job Description

  

Drive success in aerospace and defense programs. Teledyne Microwave Solutions has over 50 years of experience delivering advanced microwave/RF components and integrated assemblies for mission-critical applications. Our technologies support aviation, radar, Satcom, space, and electronic warfare systems worldwide. What you’ll do

• Support program management for projects entering or ramping up production
• Track milestones and ensure customer deliverables are met
• Coordinate with multiple departments to resolve issues and keep programs on schedule
• Assist with budget analysis and capacity planning
• Help identify opportunities to grow business within key accounts
• Ensure compliance with financial and contractual requirements
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal teams and customers
• Contribute to problem-solving and process improvements

What you need

• Strong organizational and communication skills (required)
• Ability to analyze data and solve practical problems (required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (required)
• 1–3 years of experience supporting manufacturing operations in aerospace or defense (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Physics disciplines (advantage)
• PMP certification (advantage)
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (required)

Salary Range:

$77,900.00-$103,800.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
