- Partner with US Food Service Manager to develop service standards and operational procedures for use across all locations
Vendor Management + Contracts
- Source, evaluate, and onboard food service vendors, caterers, and suppliers across Dublin, London, and APAC
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring competitive pricing, service quality, and compliance with company policies
- Manage ongoing vendor relationships, conducting regular performance reviews and addressing service issues proactively
- Track the food service contracts, renewal timelines, and cost benchmarks
Cost Management + Reporting
- Manage the food service budget across all covered regions, tracking spend against targets and identifying cost saving opportunities
- Monthly reporting on food cost, utilisation, waste data, employee satisfaction, and vendor performance
Kitchen Planning + Build-Out
- Lead end-to-end planning and oversight of kitchen builds and refurbishments across Dublin, London, and APAC offices
- Partner with architects, contractors, and facilities teams to design functional, code-compliant commercial kitchen spaces
- Ensure all kitchen designs meet local health, safety, and building code requirements across each jurisdiction (Ireland, UK, and relevant APAC markets)
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications throughout construction and fit-out phases
- Conduct post-completion audits to ensure spaces meet operational and employee experience standards
Employee Experience + Engagement
- Champion a food service program that enhances employee satisfaction and supports a vibrant, inclusive workplace culture
- Gather and act on employee feedback across regions to continuously improve food offerings and service quality
- Collaborate to align food service initiatives with broader employee experience goals
- Manage employee communication around food service changes, new initiatives, and regional updates
What we’re looking for
Essential Experience + Skills
- 15+ years of experience in food service management, hospitality operations, or a closely related field
- Proven experience overseeing commercial kitchen builds or refurbishments, including knowledge of design requirements and equipment specifications
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations, health codes, and building compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions
- Demonstrated experience in vendor management and contract negotiation within a food service or facilities context
- Track record of managing multi-site or multi-regional food service operations
- Has a solid budget management and financial reporting skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly to London and APAC office locations
Preferred Experience
- Experience working in a corporate or tech workplace environment
- Familiarity with food service requirements across APAC markets (e.g., Sydney, Hong Kong, Mumbai, or similar)
- Knowledge of sustainable catering practices and ESG-aligned food sourcing
- Experience using workplace management or food service technology platforms
- Multilingual capability is an advantage for APAC engagement
Who You Are
- You believe great food experiences contribute meaningfully to company culture
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities across different time zones
