Description
In this role, you will work closely with the fleet and equipment management teams, supporting preventive maintenance scheduling, equipment compliance, and forecasting for equipment replacement.

Essential Responsibilities:
Review and enter vendor invoices into JDE, ensuring all information is accurate, complete, and coded correctly.
Follow up with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies, obtain missing documentation, and ensure timely processing and payment.
Update and maintain equipment tracking reports, spreadsheets, and asset files to ensure accurate records.
Monitor equipment certifications and compliance requirements, ensuring documentation remains current and audit ready.
Plan and coordinate the timely, cost-effective deployment of equipment to meet operational needs.
Monitor equipment utilization, manage redeployment or suspension of underutilized assets, and facilitate the timely disposition of surplus equipment.
Monitor and report damage and abuse of owned/rental equipment.
Maintain effective reporting lines to management including equipment forecast information
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry
- Knowledge of (US) transport regulations and maintenance processes and procedures as well as working knowledge / experience with heavy equipment
- Strong computer skills, including MS Excel
- Ability to learn and understand software programs and new systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills, combined with strong verbal and written communication skills
