As a Senior Technician in Buffer Preparation, you will play an important role in ensuring that our manufacturing processes run smoothly and according to the highest quality standards. Your work will directly support reliable production in a GMP-regulated environment, where precision, teamwork, and compliance are essential.
A role with responsibility in daily manufacturing operations
In this role, you will become part of our manufacturing organization and support routine buffer preparation activities. You will work according to established procedures and GMP requirements, ensuring that manufacturing activities are completed safely, accurately, and with the required documentation.
You will have a hands-on role where you combine practical laboratory/manufacturing activities with structured documentation. You will collaborate closely with colleagues in your area and contribute to maintaining a high-performing production environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Perform routine buffer preparation according to established procedures.
Complete and document processing steps in batch records and approved documentation.
Report deviations and support a compliant manufacturing process.
Prepare, clean, assemble, sterilize, and disassemble processing equipment.
Support inventory activities, including supplies and gowning materials.
Contribute to daily operations and continuous improvement within the assigned area.

What you bring
We are looking for a structured and motivated technician who enjoys working in a regulated manufacturing environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
To succeed in this role, you:
Have 2–4 years of relevant experience, ideally from manufacturing, laboratory, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food, or another regulated environment.
Are comfortable following procedures and documenting your work accurately.
Have a structured approach and attention to detail.
Are able to work independently while being a strong team player.
Are motivated to learn, develop your skills, and contribute positively to the team.
Fluent English skills, both written and spoken, are required.
