Influencer Marketing Manager

You'll independently run our campaigns from concept to execution to reporting: turning a client brief into an original creative idea, casting the right creators to bring it to life, and proving the impact with data. ## Tasks

• You independently manage medium-scale creator campaigns end to end: brief, creative concept, casting and execution
• You match and source creators across global markets (North America, Europe, Asia, Middle East, US) based on brand, audience and cultural fit, not just reach
• You stay ahead of platforms, formats and creator economy trends, turning that fluency into fresh ideas clients haven't seen before
• You negotiate rates and contract terms confidently, and work comfortably with margin, communicating it to clients when needed
• You collaborate with Strategy and internal teams while managing client and partner communication for seamless delivery
• You analyze performance, prepare reporting and proactively flag upsell opportunities
• You bring a "second set of eyes" to campaigns and concepts, catching cultural, legal or exclusivity issues early, and drive creative thinking that pushes Pulse's business forward

## Requirements

• You have at least 3 years of experience in the social media field, including a minimum of 2 years in influencer marketing
• You have a deep, current understanding of how creator marketing works today, including platforms, formats and cultural shifts, plus sharp instincts for which creators fit which brief
• You have a proven creative muscle, coming up with original campaign concepts and knowing how to pair them with the right creators to make them land
• You are data driven and confident with budget responsibility, comfortable negotiating rates and working with margin and CPM, ROI and KPIs are second nature to you
• You're experienced with creator marketing tools such as CreatorIQ, Captiv8 or Tribe and comfortable managing these alongside manual campaign sheet work
• You have a solid understanding of AI, its opportunities and its challenges, and actively think about how it's shaping the industry
• You thrive at a fast pace, comfortable spinning many plates while staying sharp on detail, both creatively and analytically
• You are a true team player with a strong hands-on mentality, a positive attitude and the ability to motivate your team
