  • Coordinate and deliver office-wide events, activations and learning initiatives in partnership with leadership
  • Support workplace operations including safety, compliance, office systems and contractor coordination

A bit about you:

  • A highly organised and proactive professional with strong attention to detail

Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience in office management, workplace experience, facilities coordination or a similar role
  • Proven ability to manage vendors, office operations and workplace initiatives
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with experience managing budgets or expenses
  • Confident working across multiple stakeholders including leadership teams and external partners
  • Experience in creative, media or marketing agency or professional services environments is advantageous

What’s in it for you:

  • The opportunity to give back with dedicated volunteer leave and our whole-company event, One Day for Change
  • 5 weeks annual leave after 2 years of service and 3 whole company Wellness days off per year for you to switch off and take your day, your way
  • Career Development and Learning & Development opportunities, including access to our global online dentsu University
