As a Leasing Floater, you’ll provide leasing support across our communities, help generate traffic, conduct apartment tours, follow up with prospects, and help turn leads into new residents.

What You’ll Do

• Provide leasing support at different Houston-area communities
• Conduct apartment tours and assist prospective residents
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into residents
• Help generate traffic and promote available apartments
• Provide excellent customer service
• Support leasing teams during busy periods or staffing needs
• Adapt quickly to different properties and team environments

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Strong sales and communication skills
• Leasing or multifamily experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Reliable, professional, and adaptable
• Comfortable working at different properties throughout Houston
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Positive, energetic, and results-driven attitude
