Job Summary
At Diverzify+ and our Family of Brands, our Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for tracking warehouse inventory and ensuring products are shipped out properly. On a daily basis, you will review the orders that need to be filled, pull products from the shelves, prepare orders for distribution, and check to make sure the orders are completed accurately and on time. You also will ensure that inventory records are up-to-date and follow all safety guidelines and procedures throughout the warehouse.

Job Responsibilities
- Check-in and organize materials that come into the warehouse
- Mark the locations of the materials on the bills of lading
- Issue materials to installers for jobs and help load
- Keep track of any material balances left in the warehouse for a job
- Coordinate material authorizations with the purchasing agent and accounts payable
- Conduct periodic inventories/cycle counts
- Secure warehouse building and clean warehouse office
- Organize the warehouse and put away materials
- Maintain a neat and uncluttered warehouse
- Occasionally pick up materials from vendors
- Order supplies as needed
- Maintain company grounds
- Maintain warehouse equipment (i.e., forklift)
Qualifications
- Forklift Experience Required
- High School Diploma/GED
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
