Salary Range: Up to ₱60,000
Work Setup: Onsite

The role
The Asset Management Officer will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring proper management, monitoring, and accounting of the company’s fixed assets. The role will support asset acquisition, tagging, transfers, disposals, and reconciliation while ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Your Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date fixed asset records and documentation.
- Record and monitor asset acquisitions, transfers, disposals, and adjustments.
- Ensure proper asset tagging, classification, and capitalization in accordance with company policies.
- Perform regular fixed asset reconciliations between the asset register and accounting records.
- Coordinate and support physical asset verification and inventory activities.
- Monitor depreciation and ensure assets are recorded accurately and timely.
- Review supporting documents for asset purchases, disposals, and other asset-related transactions.
- Assist in identifying and resolving asset discrepancies and control issues.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Prepare asset management reports and schedules for Finance and management.
- Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Operations, and other departments on asset-related matters.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required asset records and documentation.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2–4 years of experience in fixed asset management, accounting, or a related function.
- Strong understanding of fixed asset accounting, depreciation, capitalization, and reconciliation.
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
