Support the Automation Systems Development & Support and do the Automation Projects
Job Description :
Automation Systems Development & Support
Assist in the design, programming, testing, and maintenance of industrial automation systems (PLC, SCADA, DCS).
Troubleshoot automation and control system faults across production areas (e.g., Processing Plants, KCP, packing line).
Support integration of new hardware and software for process control and automation.
Project Execution & Commissioning
Participate in site surveys, installation, and commissioning of digital and automation projects.
Work closely with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Ensure systems are tested, documented, and compliant with safety and operational standards.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain technical documentation, wiring diagrams, logic flowcharts, and system manuals.
Prepare daily/weekly activity reports, incident logs, and performance summaries for management review.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for automation or digital upgrades in plant processes.
Recommend new technologies, methods, or tools for enhanced process efficiency.
Stay updated on latest trends in AI, automation, and industrial digitalization.
Advantage competency from applicant
Competency in intermediate to advanced programming of PLC SIEMENS, SCADA AVEVA and IGNITION
Competency in specific project handling for tank terminal, especially in Weighbridge and Tank Farm
Competency in fieldbus communication in Profibus PA and Profinet
Job Requirement :
Minimal 5 years of experience in programming, configuring and troubleshooting in instrumentation & control system
Polytechnic graduation or Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred (others related major are allowed)
Fluent in English, intermediate level for speak, listen, read, and write with mandarin could be advantage
Willing to travel in 50% frequency by land, sea or air with no phobia with potential sudden assignment
Willing to be located in Head Office Jakarta (Thamrin)
