Description
Leading Candidates Will Have:
- Hotel or restaurant pre-opening, renovation, or transition experience
- AAA or Forbes luxury service experience
- Worked in rural-style resorts, ranches, or ski resorts
- A natural affinity for the outdoors
Requirements:
Basic kitchen equipment skills and comfort with recipe measurements and portions.
At least two years of experience in fine dining or upscale restaurants; culinary training preferred.
Strong cooking fundamentals and knowledge of sanitation standards.
Ability to work quickly, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks.
Effective time management, teaching ability, and a genuine commitment to exceptional service.
Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand or walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Computer proficiency including POS systems, Word, and Excel.
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong teamwork.
Calm under pressure with high personal integrity.
