Scope of Position 

Join Bradley's Experiential Marketing Team and help bring our products directly to customers across North America. As a BradVan Mobile Showroom Driver, you will travel throughout the United States and Canada operating Bradley's branded display vehicles, coordinating with sales representatives, and ensuring each customer visit is successful. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys travel, works independently, and takes pride in representing a premier manufacturing brand.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities

Travel & Vehicle Operation

  • Safely operate Bradley mobile display vans throughout the United States and Canada.
  • Plan efficient travel routes while considering weather, road conditions, and scheduling requirements.
  • Complete approximately 8-10 trips annually, with trips typically involving 2-5 days of travel.

Vehicle Presentation & Maintenance

  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
  • Maintain the vehicle's appearance through cleaning and basic upkeep.
  • Coordinate required maintenance and service activities with local sales representatives.

Trip Coordination

  • Coordinate travel schedules with Bradley sales agencies.
  • Arrange air travel, hotel accommodations, and transportation logistics as required.
  • Communicate trip status and updates through Microsoft Teams and Outlook.

Documentation

  • Complete driver logs, expense reports, timesheets, and trip summaries accurately and on time.  

Required Qualifications 

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and have a satisfactory driving record.
  • DOT medical card (company paid)

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel independently and manage changing schedules.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
  • Ability to solve problems and make sound decisions while traveling.

Working Conditions

While performing the job duties, you will be working remotely in an office environment. You may be required to occasionally travel to and work in the office at the Menomonee Falls, WI location for meetings, trainings, or as otherwise required by Company management.
