Our Upstream Chemical Production Solutions team provides industry‑leading products and services that optimize the extraction, production, and processing of energy. We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity.

As an Operator – Production, you will be supporting daily production operations across material handling, chemical processing, and documentation activities.
You are assisting with transporting raw materials, drumming out products, collecting samples, and managing waste safely.
You are contributing to accurate production documentation while maintaining operational safety and following routine written instructions.
You are ensuring smooth workflow, supporting plant efficiency, and working in outdoor environments across all seasons while complying with HS&E guidelines.
As an Operator – Production, you will be responsible for:
Reading, understanding, and following routine written instructions
Performing basic mathematical calculations
Transporting, loading, and unloading raw materials and chemical products
Drumming out product from reactors and blenders
Collecting and delivering samples to the QC lab
Handling waste properly, including collection, labeling, and disposal
Acquiring basic computer skills for production documentation
Safely manipulating loads weighing between 200–500 lbs
Working outdoors year‑round in various weather conditions
Operating a forklift and obtaining/maintaining certification
Performing other duties as assigned to support safe and efficient plant operations
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
Have mechanical aptitude
Can perform basic math
Can operate a Forklift or willingness to obtain certification
Have ability to lift capacity of 50 lbs
Any chemical experience would be advantage
