Your role
As an Early Years Educator, you'll be supporting children from birth to five years, helping to create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where they can learn, play and thrive.
Duties may include:
- Providing outstanding care and supervision
- Planning and supporting engaging activities
- Following the EYFS Framework
- Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
- Supporting children's learning and development
- Maintaining safeguarding and health & safety standards
What we're looking for
We're keen to hear from:
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Educators
- Nursery Practitioners
- Nursery Nurses
- Room Assistants
- Qualified or experienced unqualified practitioners
- Students studying Early Years
- People returning to childcare after a career break
You should be:
✔ Passionate about working with children
✔ Reliable and punctual
✔ Friendly and professional
✔ Able to adapt quickly to different nursery settings
✔ Committed to providing outstanding childcare
Requirements
- Previous experience working in an Early Years setting
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Right to work in the UK
- Good understanding of safeguarding and the EYFS

Licence/Certification (preferred):
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Qualification
- Enhanced DBS
- Paediatric First Aid (desirable but not essential)
