What You'll Be Doing
Manage and grow customer relationships across our nationwide portfolio, identifying opportunities for additional works and contract expansion.
Oversee contract delivery and performance, ensuring all parties meet their obligations while maintaining service and budgetary targets.
Lead coordination between the M&E delivery team, business development, and senior management to prospect for new opportunities, support bids, and mobilise new contracts.
Serve as the primary point of escalation for contract-related matters, conducting customer service reviews and resolving operational, commercial, and contractual issues.
Monitor contract performance and financial metrics, providing regular reports on status, risks, and P&L to senior management.
Develop and implement customer management processes and best practices, working collaboratively with legal, finance, and operations teams.
Manage budgets and forecasts in consultation with your team, tracking performance against £2m contract worth and £250k revenue targets.
Champion health, safety, and environmental standards across all operations, promoting sustainable waste management solutions.
What We're Looking For
Extensive experience in contract or customer management, ideally within field service engineering or related industries.
Advanced relationship management and communication skills with proven ability to build strong networks at senior levels.
Demonstrated people management experience with the capability to lead, motivate, and support cross-functional teams.
Strong commercial acumen with proficiency in financial management and contract law.
Proven track record managing multiple complex contracts simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
Solid understanding of health and safety requirements and duty of care in operations.
Proficiency in contract management software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
