Relied upon by leaders, associates and various verticals within Epsilon, the Finance team plays a key role in shaping our outcome-focused business culture. They devise solutions and provide insights that help keep our business on track, by collaborating and communicating with other teams. Empowered with an excellent ERP and forecasting system, this team of trusted partners support Epsilon India’s day-to-day requirements and long-term business goals.

Epsilon is currently seeking a highly driven Accounting professional to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Monthly journals
• Booking accruals / prepayments
• P&L variance analysis
• Blackline reconciliations / tasks
• Resolve intercompany differences
• Be responsible for one or more of the smaller EU entities

Qualifications

• Must have 4-6 years of experience in the same field.
• Knowledge of principles of accounting
• Strong relationship building, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and organized.

Required Qualifications:

• Post graduate or undergraduate in Commerce
• Prior experience in an MNC work culture preferable
• Experience in SAP preferable

Good to have:

 

Strong communication skills, thorough understanding of business principles and practices; superior attention to detail; organizational skills; problem-solving skills; analytical skills; multi-tasking skills.
