CM Office Manager
Department: Construction Management
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Taylorsville, UT
Compensation: $30.00 - $35.00 / hour

What are the core responsibilities for the role?
- Coordinate with Resident Engineer and project field staff
- Project Document control
- Change Order Management
- Pay Item Documentation and control
- Project close out
- Inspect contract documents to make sure they are compliant with standards and specifications
- Timely delivery and/or quality of deliverables
- Effectively communicates with contractors and subcontractors
- Willing to accept other responsibilities and duties as assigned.
- Establishes and maintains a variety of files and records.
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:
- 5+ years of experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook
- Knowledge of Federal requirements for Labor Compliance (preferred)
- Knowledge of UDOT’s computer systems (Masterworks, ProjectWise, E-Comply) (preferred)
- Extremely Detail oriented
- Able to prioritize heavy workloads
- Able to Multi-task
- Has excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with and take direction from multiple levels of professional staff
- Ability to work under pressure in a team environment with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record
