As a Client Manager, Project Manager within Firecrest, you will act as the primary point of contact for sponsors throughout the lifecycle of assigned clinical trial projects. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing project delivery, driving adoption of Firecrest's digital solutions, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
This role combines client engagement, project management, and digital solution delivery within a fast-paced clinical research environment.
What You Will Do
Serve as the primary client contact for assigned clinical trial projects.
Lead the implementation, delivery, and closeout of Firecrest digital solutions.
Deliver training to clients and study teams through virtual and in-person formats.
Monitor platform utilisation and engagement, driving adoption and compliance.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Manage client issues, change requests, and stakeholder communications.
Analyse customer feedback and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Support project budgets, invoicing activities, and revenue recognition processes.
Identify opportunities to expand client partnerships and promote additional solutions.
Support business development activities through product demonstrations and presentations.
Apply proactive risk management to ensure successful project outcomes.
You Will Have/be:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Experience in project management, client services, customer support, training, or digital solutions delivery.
Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience resolving client issues and managing change requests.
Commercial awareness and a customer-focused mindset.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Ability to quickly learn and confidently present technology-based solutions.
Willingness to travel as required.
