The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As an Activation Marketer, Drinking Water Filtration, you will play a key role in bringing marketing strategies and business priorities to life across the United States and Canada. You will execute marketing programs, support sales enablement initiatives, coordinate channel partner activities, and deliver customer engagement programs that help drive growth across the Americas business.
In this role, you will work closely with sales teams, channel partners, product management, marketing colleagues, and external vendors to develop and execute high-quality marketing programs and communications. You will also help localize marketing content and programs to address the unique needs of the U.S. and Canadian markets while ensuring consistent brand execution.
Here, you will make an impact by:
- Executing Marketing Programs: Execute marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, customer engagement activities, and channel marketing programs aligned with annual business objectives and marketing plans.
- Supporting Sales and Channel Teams: Build productive working relationships with sales representatives, sales leaders, and channel partners while creating and maintaining sales enablement materials and customer-facing resources that support customer acquisition, retention, and growth.
- Managing Sales Enablement Platforms: Maintain sales enablement platforms and content repositories to ensure sales teams have access to current, accurate, and effective marketing and sales materials.
- Developing Content and Communications: Create professional marketing communications and content, including newsletters, email campaigns, case studies, presentations, training materials, sales tools, promotional content, and customer-facing resources aligned with brand standards and business objectives.
- Supporting Channel Partner Marketing: Serve as a marketing resource for channel partners by supporting co-branded initiatives, promotional programs, marketing activities, and brand guideline compliance.
- Supporting Brand Stewardship: Apply Solventum brand standards across marketing activities and communications while demonstrating strong visual and design judgment when developing or reviewing marketing materials.
- Coordinating Events and Tradeshows: Plan and execute tradeshows, webinars, customer events, and other customer-facing activities, including event logistics, communications, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up.
- Developing and Delivering Presentations: Create compelling PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences and confidently present marketing programs, training materials, and business updates during meetings, webinars, sales meetings, and customer events.
- Managing Projects and Deliverables: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, quality, and attention to detail. Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and follow-through to ensure commitments and deliverables are completed on time.
- Collaborating Cross-Functionally: Partner with sales, product management, marketing, and external vendors to execute marketing programs and support business objectives through effective communication and teamwork.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field AND Three (3) years of marketing, sales enablement, channel marketing, field marketing, communications, or related experience
OR
- High School Diploma/GED or higher AND Seven (7) years of marketing, sales enablement, channel marketing, field marketing, communications, or related experience
Additional Qualifications That Could Help You Succeed Even Further in this Role
- Experience in activation marketing, channel marketing, sales enablement, field marketing, or a related discipline.
- Experience supporting distributor, dealer, reseller, or other channel partner programs.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to develop professional, engaging, and customer-focused marketing content.
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills with the ability to create polished, visually compelling presentations.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills for internal and external audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build positive and productive working relationships with sales teams, channel partners, and other business stakeholders.
- Strong project management, organizational, and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively within a broader team environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
- Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and follow-through in completing assignments and driving projects to completion.
- Strong visual and design sensibility with the ability to apply brand guidelines and provide guidance to channel partners regarding brand compliance.
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, sales enablement, and content management platforms.
- Experience supporting tradeshows, webinars, customer events, sales meetings, and training programs.
- Experience developing and localizing marketing programs or communications for U.S. and Canadian markets.

This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
