Now Hiring: Patient Services Representative (Check-In/Check-Out) Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Weekends
Join our growing, patient-focused dermatology practice! We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Patient Services Representative to support our busy clinic. This role includes front desk check-in/check-out responsibilities.
Position Overview
The Patient Services Representative is often the first and last impression of our practice. We are looking for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with patients in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Greet patients warmly and complete check-in procedures
- Collect co-pays/deductibles
- Schedule follow-up appointments and coordinate referrals
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Assist patients with scheduling and general inquiries
- Maintain accurate patient information in the EMR system
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times.

Requirements
- Previous medical office experience preferred
- Dermatology experience a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with high patient volume
- Proficient with computers and electronic medical records
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
