You will be responsible for the following:

• Manage & Acquire New Key Accounts: Work directly with major merchant partners in CAVITE to build strong relationships and meet all sales goals.
• Grow Revenue: Maximize total money earned from payment services and increase the number of active partner stores ("active doors").
• Drive Product Adoption: Guide partners to fully use the GCash for Business Portal, payment devices, Bills Payment, and Online Web checkout.
• Introduce New Features: Expand business usage by selling and setting up newer lending products and adtech marketing tools.
• Act as a Business Consultant: Give partners expert advice on sales, marketing, merchandising, and distribution to improve their business.
• Acquire New Merchants: Find, pitch, and onboard brand-new big accounts to grow the company's partner network.
• Lead Project Management: Run marketing and acquisition campaigns from start to finish to increase daily customer usage.
• Directly reports to the Regional Sales Head. 

We are looking for the following:

• At least 3-5 years experience in General Trade sales
• Has P&L understanding
• Bachelor’s Degree Holder
• Willing to do field work and face to face meetings
• Exceptional presentation, influencing, organization and communication skills
• Must be dynamic, has passion for excellence, focused, results - driven, and goal-oriented
