Expert(e) Technique – Bureau d’Etudes 

 

 Finalité de l’emploi :  

Apporter une expertise technique et organisationnelle sur les projets du Bureau d’Études, en phase commerciale, comme en phase de réalisation et d’exploitation, afin de garantir la pertinence des solutions d’ingénierie, la conformité réglementaire et la performance des installations. 

 

Activités significatives : 

  • Apporter une expertise technique de haut niveau 
  • Réaliser et/ou superviser des études techniques sur l’ensemble du cycle de vie des installations (phase commerciale, conception, mise en service et exploitation) 
  • Contribuer activement à la sécurisation technique des offres commerciales, à l’optimisation des solutions proposées et à la maîtrise des engagements contractuels (performances, coûts, délais). 
  • Analyser des problématiques techniques complexes, proposer des solutions adaptées, et formaliser les préconisations associées 
  • Garantir la conformité des installations aux normes, réglementations et exigences contractuelles 
  • Être l’interlocuteur privilégié des bureaux d’études externes et piloter la réalisation et la validation des études externalisées 
  • Contribuer à l’évaluation technique des fournisseurs et partenaires 
  • Assurer une veille technique et réglementaire 
  • Formaliser les retours d’expérience en s’appuyant sur ses compétences propres ainsi que sur des experts techniques internes ou externes (fournisseurs, prestataires clients) 
  • Proposer et participer à des projets d’amélioration technique ou organisationnel (amélioration de l’existant / création de process ou de produit, mutualisation des savoirs) 
  • Concevoir et animer des formations techniques internes  
  • Participer à la gestion technique et à l’instruction des sinistres et contentieux 

 

 Ce que vous pouvez nous apporter :  

 

 Issu(e) d’une formation BAC+5, de type ingénieur dans les Métiers de l’Energie, Environnement et Génie mécanique (ou équivalent). 

 

Vous bénéficiez d’une expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de l’énergie ou la mécanique des fluides de 10 ans minimum. 

 

Vous avez des compétences solides dans les domaines suivants :  

 

Hydraulique et aéraulique : réalisation de P&ID, notes de calculs, schémas techniques et fonctionnels – niveau demandé : maitrise 

 

Electrique : lecture de schémas unifilaire – niveau demandé : notion 

 

Compétences secondaires souhaitées : 

 

Management d’équipe 

Codage Visual Basic  

Connaissance et mise en application d’un système qualité 

Connaissance des normes et réglementations tunisiennes.  

Maitrise des logiciels Autocad 2D / Excel.  

Travail sur écran.  

 

Dans un contexte de groupe international, la maîtrise de l’anglais serait un plus. 

 

Autonomie – sérieux – capacité d’adaptation sont les maîtres mots de ce poste !

Technical Expert – Engineering Department


Purpose of the Role :

Provide technical and organizational expertise to Engineering Department projects during the commercial, execution, and operational phases, ensuring the relevance of engineering solutions, regulatory compliance, and overall plant performance.


Key Responsibilities :


  • Perform and/or supervise technical studies throughout the entire lifecycle of installations, including commercial, design, commissioning, and operational phases.
  • Actively contribute to the technical validation of commercial proposals, the optimization of engineering solutions, and the management of contractual commitments related to performance, costs, and delivery schedules.
  • Analyze complex technical issues, propose suitable solutions, and formalize recommendations.
  • Ensure installations comply with applicable standards, regulations, and contractual requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external engineering consultants and oversee the execution and validation of outsourced studies.
  • Contribute to the technical evaluation of suppliers and business partners.
  • Conduct technical and regulatory monitoring to stay up to date with industry developments.
  • Document lessons learned and feedback using personal expertise as well as input from internal and external technical specialists (suppliers, subcontractors, and clients).
  • Propose and participate in technical and organizational improvement projects, including process optimization, new product development, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Design and deliver internal technical training programs.
  • Participate in the technical management and investigation of claims, incidents, and disputes.

What You Can Bring to the Team :

  • Master's degree (Bachelor's +5 equivalent) in Engineering, preferably in Energy, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the energy sector or fluid mechanics.

Required Technical Skills :

  • Hydraulics and Airflow Systems
  • Preparation of P&IDs
  • Calculation notes
  • Technical and functional diagrams
  • Required level: Advanced/Expert

Electrical :

  • Ability to read single-line electrical diagrams
  • Required level: Basic knowledge

Additional Desired Skills :

  • Team management experience
  • Visual Basic programming
  • Knowledge and application of quality management systems
  • Familiarity with Tunisian standards and regulations
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and Excel
  • Ability to work extensively with computer-based tools

In an international group environment, English proficiency would be an advantage.

Autonomy, professionalism, and adaptability are the key qualities for success in this role.
