The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $92,700 - $121,700. The salary offered will be based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills and qualifications.
Lexus Canada currently has an exciting opportunity for an Area Parts & Service Manager to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity, located within the Quebec zone office which reports to the Manager, Lexus Aftersales. The successful candidate will support Lexus dealer success through performance coaching, operational consulting, and implementation of Aftersales strategies that improve Guest experience and business results.

What You’ll be Doing:
Build strong partnerships with Lexus dealers, serving as the primary point of contact for Aftersales programs, performance improvement initiatives, and operational support.
Analyze dealer performance and identify opportunities to improve Aftersales results spanning Service Retention, Service Efficiency, Parts sales, Accessory sales, and Guest satisfaction.
Conduct regular dealer consultations and develop action plans that drive measurable business results and support Lexus strategic objectives.
Coach, influence, and hold dealer partners accountable to agreed-upon goals, ensuring consistent follow-up and progress tracking through established processes and tools.
Support the implementation and adoption of Lexus Aftersales programs, systems, and technologies which include (but are not limited to) Service Connect, Lexus Service Management (LSM), Lexus Experience Standards Program (LESP), Lexus Integrity Parts, Lexus Certified Collision Centre Program (LCCC) and Digital Retailing Solution (DRS) initiatives.
Identify and share best practices, market insights, and competitive intelligence to help dealers improve performance and enhance their ownership experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional Lexus and Toyota Canada teams to support aligned messaging that drives continuous improvement across the Guest experience, parts and accessory sales, retention, and loyalty. You will work closely with teams including:
Parts Supply, Logistics, and Distribution to identify, assess, and address concerns with both dealer and TCI processes.
Field Warranty Consultants (FWC) to address warranty claims administration challenges and identify dealer training opportunities.
Consultant, Guest Retention to identify opportunities and drive enhanced Guest satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Regional Marketing Managers (RMM) to ensure compliance with brand standards and support of marketing initiatives that strengthen retention, loyalty, and the overall Guest experience.
Dealer Standards and Sales Operations (DSSO) to provide input and support for dealership renovations, facility enhancements, and new dealership projects.
Guest Relations to facilitate the resolution of escalated Guest concerns in partnership with dealers.
Field Lexus Experience Manager to elevate the Guest experience and drive compliance with the Lexus Experience Standards Program (LESP).
Lexus Experience and Lexus Academy teams to support SLG technical training compliance, Professional Artisan/Takumi program completion, and participation in Lexus Masters programs.
Product Quality teams to identify, investigate, and resolve product and workmanship-related concerns.
Service Process Development and Retention teams to drive Lexus Service Management (LSM) program compliance and participation.
Product Analysis and Development teams to provide field feedback and support the investigation and resolution of product-related concerns.
Collision Repair & Refinish team in support of the Lexus Certified Collision Centre (LCCC) program.
Accessories teams to support program communications, dealer engagement, and growth in accessory sales.
Champion initiatives that enhance Guest experience, drive retention/loyalty, support operational excellence, and the transition to electrification across the dealer network.
Facilitate productive discussions with dealer leadership, celebrating successes while addressing performance gaps and driving continuous improvement.
Support key Lexus events, dealer meetings, training initiatives, and special projects that contribute to organizational goals and network performance.
Lead or contribute to continuous improvement projects focused on innovation, efficiency, process enhancement, and dealer-facing effectiveness.
What You’ll Bring:
Bilingual with fluency in the French language is required
University Degree and/or College Diploma in business or an automotive related discipline
6+ years’ experience in retail automotive service operations
3 years’ experience at a managerial level is considered an asset
Related experience at the automotive wholesale level is considered an asset
Leadership, relationship-building and negotiation abilities
Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong presentation skills including the ability to influence large groups of people
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications which include Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI
Proven ability to initiate & improve work processes to increase efficiencies
Ability to work extended hours and travel
Must hold a valid G driver’s license
