In this role, you'll identify opportunities to enhance analytics processes, develop advanced models, and transform data into actionable strategies that optimize performance across marketing and collections functions.

You'll partner with leaders across marketing and collections to understand business challenges, analyze performance drivers, and design scalable analytics solutions. You'll leverage advanced SQL, Python, statistical modeling, and analytical best practices to uncover insights, improve processes, and support data-driven decision-making.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Develop, evaluate, and continuously improve analytics processes across marketing and collections functions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain reliable datasets and reporting assets that support KPIs, executive dashboards, and ad hoc analytical requirements.
  • Conduct advanced data analysis using SQL to identify trends, performance drivers, and opportunities for process optimization and revenue growth.
  • Develop predictive and statistical models (e.g., customer segmentation, churn prediction, response modeling, collections optimization) to support strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with marketing and collections stakeholders to gather requirements, define success metrics, and translate business questions into analytical solutions.
  • Perform root cause analysis and impact assessment to evaluate the effectiveness of process changes, campaign initiatives, and collections strategies.
  • Develop reusable reporting assets and improve reporting automation through SQL, Python, and BI tools.
  • Create compelling presentations and executive-level reporting that communicate insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting and analytical solutions.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering, Product, and Analytics teams to improve data availability, modeling capabilities, and analytical infrastructure.
  • Support ad hoc analyses and strategic initiatives across marketing, collections, and other business functions.
  • Recommend process improvements and opportunities to leverage automation and advanced analytics to increase efficiency and business impact.
  • Promote best practices in data analysis, documentation, analytical rigor, and business intelligence.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, marketing analytics, or collections analytics.
  • Advanced SQL skills with experience writing and optimizing complex queries.
  • Experience using Python for data analysis, statistical modeling, or automation workflows.
  • Experience with statistical analysis and modeling techniques (e.g., regression, classification, segmentation).
  • Experience developing dashboards and reports using Tableau or similar BI platforms.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into meaningful business recommendations.
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand challenges, and deliver analytical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts and analytical findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data quality and analytical accuracy.
