Description
The Divested Employees Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for extracting data from official sources to prepare reports and metrics on all Banamex access to global Citi applications, both within and outside the scope of the TSA. This role involves interacting with Global teams such as IAM, Information Security, and Application Managers, as well as local teams like the Banamex TSA office and Banamex users. The analyst is also responsible for the end-to-end follow-up and resolution of automatic EERS alerts for unauthorized access. Additionally, this position is in charge of maintaining the central repository with all supporting documentation in compliance with corporate standards and TSA Mexico office guidelines, and preparing materials for review sessions, forums, CAP closures, and audit deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate and distribute periodic reports on the entitlements of Banamex users to global applications outside the scope of the TSA.
- Download, process, and analyze daily alert reports, identifying new hires, terminations, and user reactivations, and keeping records updated in SharePoint.
- Address information requests from different teams regarding the number of users per application, both within and outside the TSA.
- Review applications or services included in the TSA at the entitlements or user level.
- Operational Coordination and Support:
- Coordinate with the Cybersecurity team for application reviews, manage the list of applications to be decommissioned, and obtain the necessary approvals (VoBo) from App Managers.
- Actively participate in weekly meetings with the Banamex TSA team to track mass decommissions and be responsible for preparing and sending meeting minutes.
- Investigate and follow up on special alert cases where a user cannot be decommissioned, collaborating with Cybersecurity and TSA offices for resolution.
- Process Improvement and Documentation:
- Design and develop a new dashboard to monitor the progress of user decommissions managed through the alert treatment process.
- Initiate and support the documentation of all necessary processes for managing divested employees.
- Team Collaboration and Support:
- Act as a designated backup for team members, providing support and ensuring continuity on key topics.
- Risk Management and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and standards
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3 to 5+ years of experience in operations support, administration, or project coordination roles, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong organizational and document management skills.
- Experience using collaboration and tracking tools such as SharePoint, JIRA, MS Project, or similar.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and tracking.
- Knowledge in IA tools.
- Competencies:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to analyze problems, propose solutions, and think interpretively.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
- Desirable: Familiarity with Transition Service Agreement (TSA) structures or divestiture environments is an advantage.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree/University degree in Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
