HybridWhat you will do
The Trade Operations Excellence & Analytics Lead LATAM is responsible for driving performance management, operational excellence, process optimization and digital transformation initiatives across Trade Operations in Latin America.
This role will serve as a strategic business partner to the regional Trade Operations leadership team, leveraging data analytics, automation and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce logistics and trade-related costs, and increase organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage Trade Operations performance dashboards and KPI governance across LATAM.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, productivity and service levels.
- Lead analytical studies to support logistics cost optimization initiatives.
- Drive digitalization and automation projects leveraging Power Platform and other technology solutions.
- Build business cases and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making.
- Partner with Trade Operations leaders to prioritize improvement opportunities.
- Standardize processes and reporting methodologies across countries.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and measure business impact.
- Support implementation of global trade and logistics transformation programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, International Trade, Data Analytics or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Power BI and Excel capabilities.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies.
- Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Trade Operations or related environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- English and Spanish proficiency required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma certification.
- SAP experience.
- Power Automate and Power Apps experience.
- International Trade or Logistics background.
