We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Trade Foreman to join our Field Operations team in the Jacksonville, FL area. This position will provide hands-on leadership and oversight of plumbing crews while ensuring work meets project specifications, quality standards, schedule requirements, and safety expectations.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $49.09–$57.00 per hour, depending on experience. Pay is subject to applicable Davis-Bacon prevailing wage rates specific to each project/base.

What You'll Do

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of plumbing crews on the jobsite.
• Plan and organize manpower, materials, and equipment to support project milestones.
• Monitor work progress and ensure installations meet project plans, specifications, and applicable requirements.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and look-ahead schedules.
• Identify and address field challenges while keeping work on schedule and within budget.
• Promote a safe, organized, and productive jobsite.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with project leadership, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Provide hands-on leadership while maintaining RQ's commitment to Safety, Ethics, Innovation, People, Teamwork, and Discipline.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required; coursework in construction management or engineering preferred.
• 2+ years of experience as a Plumbing Foreman on medium to large-scale projects.
• 3+ years of plumbing or general construction field/trade experience.
• Government, military, or large commercial construction experience preferred.
• Design-Build experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with daily reports, project documentation, and look-ahead planning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30-hour, EM-385, and STS certifications required; training may be available.
