Creative Production Specialist (14-month contract)

Role Overview: The Creative Production Specialist is responsible for ensuring brand consistency across all campaigns and assets, meticulously managing digital assets, and maintaining high-quality deliverables on time. The Creative Production Specialist collaborates closely with client operations, production, and cross-functional stakeholders to support the execution of various creative outputs including web, social, DOOH, programmatic, display ads, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Creative Reviews: Reviews & vets incoming creative from external teams and vendors to ensure all collateral is to spec and meets guidelines. Adjusting to meet requirements when applicable.
• Design Builds: Adapts creative from working files supplied by clients to various ad spec sizes. Working through revision stages until creatives are approved. Accountable for ensuring brand consistency across assets, ensuring cohesive messaging and design.
• Digital Asset Management: Manages and organizes digital assets with precision, maintaining clean file structures and naming conventions.
• Workload Management: Balances workload effectively according to the business’s established priorities. Balancing multiple projects and requests simultaneously.
• Quality Control and Timely Delivery: Ensure all creative deliverables are of the highest quality and are delivered on time. Managing tight deadlines to ensure campaign launch.
• Collaboration and Execution: Closely collaborates with respective account, production and cross-functional stakeholders to support the execution of creative assets across a variety of platforms (web, email, social, display ads, etc.).

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a production designer, creating digital marketing collateral across multiple platforms.
• A strong portfolio showcasing design skills and versatility
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) & Figma.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an asset; familiarity with Adobe Animate is a plus.
• Solid understanding of web design processes and best practices, including image optimization, responsive design, and accessibility compliance.
• Proficient in typography and a keen eye for detail in design execution.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Open-minded, receptive to constructive feedback, and able to adapt designs to meet business needs.
• Experience working with project management tools i.e. JIRA

Hiring Range / Échelle salariale à l’embauche :

$60,000.00 - $82,500.00 / 60.000,00$ - 82.500,00$ (per year / par an)
