Coronary Vascular is focused on delivering therapies that support physicians in the treatment of coronary artery disease, hypertension, and related cardiovascular conditions. The team partners closely with interventional cardiologists, cath lab teams, and healthcare institutions to drive adoption of advanced coronary solutions and support optimal procedural outcomes for patients.
This Regional Manager role is a remote position responsible for leading a field sales team within an assigned geography. The position requires regular travel throughout the region, with approximately 50% travel expected to support customer engagement, team development, and business performance.
A Day in the Life
The Regional Manager is responsible for leading a team of sales professionals focused on achieving business objectives across the Coronary Vascular portfolio. This role combines people leadership, commercial strategy, customer engagement, and operational execution to drive growth, expand market presence, and support the successful adoption of cardiovascular therapies across the assigned region.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve regional revenue, market share, and business objectives.
- Execute regional sales strategies aligned with annual operating plan targets and commercial priorities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare stakeholders, including hospital leadership, interventional cardiologists, and cath lab teams.
- Drive market penetration through customer acquisition, account development, and expansion within targeted market segments.
- Monitor regional performance metrics and implement corrective actions to address business gaps and accelerate growth opportunities.
- Partner with distributors and internal stakeholders to optimise commercial coverage, product availability, and customer support.
- Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to support forecasting, pricing, and portfolio planning.
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting, reporting, territory management, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 7+ years experience
- OR Associate’s Degree AND 5+ years experience
- OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 3+ years experience
Preferred:
- Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets within the medical device or cardiovascular market.
- Experience managing distributor relationships and multi-level stakeholder engagement across healthcare systems.
- Clinical experience within an interventional suite, hospital environment, emergency medical response setting, or comparable clinical setting.
- Experience supporting complex cardiovascular, coronary, peripheral vascular, or interventional procedures.
- Knowledge of regional healthcare market dynamics, reimbursement considerations, and competitive cardiovascular technologies.
