Job Summary
Serves as the primary point of contact and central coordination hub for large scale initiatives; including but not limited to the S2 strategy. This role will be responsible for coordination with strategic partners such as Cognizant, Mphasis, Ahead, Ness, Microsoft, and Amazon. Orchestrates cross-functional collaboration between S2 Partners, executive leadership team, technology teams, and lines of business to ensure seamless partnership execution and alignment. This position works in close partnership with the CIOO/CTO Executive Administrative Assistant to coordinate complex logistics including partner site visits, executive meetings, collaboration sessions, and strategic planning events. Manages partner communications, press releases, internal announcements, and executive-level status reporting. Acts as a force multiplier for senior leadership by facilitating executive leadership team coordination, anticipating needs, removing obstacles, and driving accountability for deliverables across the S2 transformation portfolio.
Job Responsibilities:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Serves as the primary point of contact for all S2 Partners (Cognizant, Mphasis, Ahead, Ness, Microsoft, Amazon), coordinating communications, meetings, and deliverables between partners and the executive leadership team.
Facilitates coordination across the executive leadership team, managing meeting logistics, agendas, and follow-ups for steering committees, partner executive briefings, and strategic planning sessions.
Coordinates press releases, internal communications, and announcements related to S2 partnerships, ensuring consistent messaging and timely distribution across appropriate channels.
Plans and executes S2 Partner site visits, collaboration sessions, and working sessions including venue coordination, itinerary development, materials preparation, and post-session follow-up.
Coordinates travel arrangements, agenda planning, and logistics for S2 Partner conferences, executive site visits, and industry events attended by CIOO, CTO, and senior leadership team.
Tracks action items and commitments across S2 Partner engagements; including but not limited to StarIQ, following up with owners to ensure timely completion and escalating blockers to leadership as needed.
Supports S2 Partner onboarding activities, coordinates executive relationship mapping, and facilitates introductions between partner leadership and Flagstar executives.
Serves as the primary liaison between the artificial intelligence team and business units, beginning with Consumer Banking, Call Centers, and Internal Audit, to identify and prioritize high value use cases.
Translates business problems into well-formed use case intake submissions, working through the established artificial intelligence governance intake process.
Designs and delivers one to one and small group artificial intelligence coaching sessions for business leaders, following the pilot model established with senior leaders in Consumer and Retail Banking and Internal Audit.
Identifies and develops a network of artificial intelligence champions across business units, extending coaching reach beyond what the artificial intelligence team can deliver directly.
Owns the enterprise education program, including scheduling, content refresh, and business unit sequencing, and converts delivery partner demonstration material into reusable Flagstar education content.
Partners with the CIOO/CTO Executive Administrative Assistant to maintain executive calendars, prioritize meeting requests, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure leadership time is optimized for highest-priority activities.
Manages confidential partner information and sensitive communications with discretion, serving as a trusted liaison between Flagstar executive leadership and S2 Partner organizations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Required Qualifications:
Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
Minimum experience required: 6+ Years in executive coordination, partner relations, executive support, or chief of staff roles supporting senior technology leadership
Demonstrated experience coordinating complex logistics, managing executive calendars, and organizing largescale meetings or events
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to prepare executive-level presentations, status reports, and stakeholder communications
Preferred Qualifications:
College, Vocational or Associates Degree (2 years or equivalent) preferred

Understanding of strategic partner management, vendor relations, and enterprise technology partnerships.
Experience tracking action items, commitments, and deliverables across multiple partner engagements.
Strong follow-through with ability to drive accountability and ensure commitments are met.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work outside standard business hours when required.
Ability to work effectively with executives, managers, and individual contributors at all levels.
Event planning and coordination experience including venue selection, logistics, and attendee management.
Knowledge of dashboard and reporting tools for creating executive status updates and metrics tracking.
Strong problem-solving skills with ability to resolve scheduling conflicts and logistical challenges efficiently.

Commitment to continuous improvement and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Moderate travel required (up to 25%) for S2 Partner site visits, conferences, and executive coordination.
