HOW YOU WILL MAKE HISTORY HERE…
As a Brand Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution and growth of the Lance business. You’ll be responsible for delivering analytical insights, driving commercialization initiatives, coordinating cross-functional activities, and ensuring the accurate execution of key marketing and portfolio management processes. This role offers the opportunity to influence business results through data-driven recommendations, operational excellence, and collaboration across multiple teams.
WHAT YOU WILL DO…
- Lead the execution of commercialization projects through the Stage Gate process, partnering with cross-functional teams to manage packaging updates, artwork approvals, legal and regulatory reviews, and launch readiness planning.
- Coordinate with Sales and cross-functional partners to develop sales specifications, presentations, marketing materials, and product samples that support customer engagement and business growth.
- Manage the Lance marketing budget, ensuring accurate tracking, forecasting, and execution while collaborating with stakeholders on budget updates and optimization opportunities.
- Maintain and manage the Lance product portfolio and SKU database, ensuring product specifications, imagery, and financial information remain accurate and up to date.
- Analyze category performance, competitive activity, consumer trends, and business results to identify insights and recommend actions that drive growth.
- Support major marketing initiatives by gathering, organizing, and synthesizing key business information for presentations, meetings, and decision-making.
- Assist with package and product updates, as well as broader commercialization and marketing plan execution.

You will collaborate across the organization to support commercialization efforts, manage business processes, and help deliver key initiatives that strengthen the Lance brand portfolio.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE… (MUST HAVE)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, brand management, product management, analytics, or a related consumer packaged goods (CPG) function.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills with the ability to work effectively across functions without direct authority.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including experience developing business presentations and analysis.
IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE… (NICE TO HAVE)
- Experience within the food, beverage, or broader consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
- Experience using retail and consumer analytics platforms such as Circana, Nielsen, or similar tools.
- Experience analyzing, managing, and tracking marketing budgets.
- Curiosity and passion for understanding consumer behavior, marketplace trends, and cultural influences.
- Experience supporting commercialization, product launch, or portfolio management initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$72,900-$100,200Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
