Job Description
 

Key Responsibilities

* Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and define technology solutions.

* Lead cross-functional IT projects and ensure successful delivery.

* Collaborate with Regional and Global IT teams to align local and global priorities.

* Drive digital and AI-enabled initiatives.

* Manage stakeholder communication and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

* 8+ years of IT Business Partner, Project Management, or Digital experience.

* Experience in the pharmaceutical/life sciences industry.

* Strong stakeholder management and business engagement skills.

* Experience working with Global teams.

* Excellent written and spoken English.

* Experience working closely with Sales, Marketing, Medical, etc. (nice to have)

* Experience with Microsoft Copilot or enterprise AI initiatives. (nice to have)

任职资格

• 8年以上IT业务合作伙伴（IT Business Partner）、项目管理或数字化相关工作经验。

• 具备制药或生命科学行业工作经验。

• 优秀的利益相关方管理及业务合作能力。

• 具备与全球团队协作的工作经验。

• 熟练的中英文书面及口头沟通能力（英语流利）。

• 有与销售、市场、医学事务等业务团队密切合作经验者优先。

• 有微软Copilot或企业级AI项目经验者优先。
