About the Role
This pivotal role as a My Rewards (Benefits) Advisor positions you as a critical partner to the People Team across Australia and New Zealand. You will be instrumental in ensuring outstanding delivery and continuous improvement of our end-to-end employee benefits operations. Working within our People Services unit, you'll contribute to an agile and connected team dedicated to providing top-tier service and driving all key benefits initiatives for the ANZ business.
Note – this role is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
How you will contribute
Deliver a seamless employee benefits experience.
Drive compliance and best-practice benefit program design.
Manage key external partnerships and supplier relationships.
Innovate our rewards strategy by staying abreast of market trends.
Collaborate with our shared service centre for effective delivery.
What you will bring
Experience in end-to-end delivery of benefits programs, bringing innovative ideas and a continuous improvement mindset.
Proven administration experience (HR administration preferred) with a track record of managing benefits handling vendors.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and engage across all levels.
Detail-oriented with expertise in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel)
Solid knowledge of employee benefits and rewards principles.
HR or Business degree qualification, or equivalent experience.
