Job Summary
Summary:Responsible for ensuring optimal utilization of resources, timely allocation of staff, and efficient scheduling of shifts or assignments. Works closely with team leads, managers, and stakeholders to gather staffing requirements and establish schedules that meet operational needs.

Essential Functions:
Develop and maintain the staffing schedule for a team or department, ensuring adequate coverage and optimal utilization of resources.
-Coordinate with team leads, managers, and stakeholders to gather staffing requirements and understand operational needs.
-Analyze workload, staffing availability, and skill requirements to create a balanced and efficient schedule that meets business objectives.
-Monitor and track staff availability, time-off requests, and overtime hours to ensure compliance with labor regulations and organizational policies.
-Coordinate with training departments to schedule and allocate resources for staff training and development programs.
-Maintain accurate records of staffing schedules, time-off requests, and other related information, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Education
Associate's Degree Business Administration required or Associate's Degree Related Field of Study required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study preferred

Licenses and Credentials
Experience
Staff Scheduling Experience 2-3 years required and Human Resources Experience 1-2 years preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong knowledge of staffing principles, scheduling methodologies, and best practices.
- Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to scheduling and staffing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze staffing needs, optimize resource allocation, and identify scheduling conflicts.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in creating and maintaining schedules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and communicate schedule changes clearly.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
