Floating Concierge

Description

As a Floating Concierge, you'll support multiple Dweck communities throughout our Arlington portfolio while being assigned a designated home-base property and Concierge Manager. This unique role offers exposure to a variety of communities, residents, and team members, allowing you to gain valuable experience across the portfolio while maintaining a primary site for training, communication, and support. Floating Concierges play a vital role in our operations by providing coverage and ensuring a seamless resident experience when team members are out of the office or additional support is needed.

You'll be the first person residents and guests see when they enter the community and the first voice they hear when they call. More than just a front desk role, you'll serve as a key resource for residents, handling requests, managing package deliveries, assisting with maintenance coordination, supporting resident events, and partnering with the office team to ensure a seamless resident experience. Your flexibility, professionalism, and customer service skills help keep each community running smoothly and connected.

As a Floating Concierge, you will:

• Create a warm and welcoming experience for residents, guests, and their furry family members. Answer questions, provide directions, and connect visitors and callers with the right team members.
• Manage incoming mail and packages by logging, distributing, and auditing deliveries to ensure an organized and efficient package experience.
• Serve as a trusted resource for residents by assisting with requests, resolving concerns, and responding to emergencies in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate maintenance service requests, follow emergency response protocols when needed, and follow up to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Plan and host engaging resident events that bring neighbors together, strengthen community connections, and create memorable experiences.
• Partner with leasing, maintenance, and office teams to support daily operations and deliver an exceptional resident experience.

Requirements

Orientation: Attendance at our monthly New Hire Orientation is required. This paid training at our Washington, DC headquarters is a chance to connect with fellow team members and learn about Dweck's culture, values, and commitment to exceptional resident experiences.

We’re looking for:

• Experience in a customer service role like in hospitality, retail, or property management. But if you don't have experience in any, no worries, we'd love to train you.
• The ability to sit or stand for long periods of time, lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs.
