As a Project Manager within our Respiratory Solutions team, you will lead study execution from initial planning through closeout, serving as the primary point of coordination between clients and cross-functional teams. You will drive operational excellence, ensure customer satisfaction, manage study timelines and budgets, and support the successful delivery of respiratory clinical trial technologies and services. What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout phases of respiratory clinical studies and programs.

  • Gather customer requirements and translate project needs into actionable deliverables for internal operational teams.

  • Develop, maintain, and manage study documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Coordinate the distribution, tracking, and reconciliation of study equipment and related materials.

  • Create, review, and distribute study status reports and project communications to clients and stakeholders.

  • Ensure appropriate archiving of study data, documentation, and project records in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.

  • Establish, manage, and fulfill customer expectations through proactive communication and stakeholder engagement.

  • Monitor study timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure successful on-time project execution.

  • Manage financial aspects of assigned studies, including budget reviews, revenue forecasting, scope change assessments, and invoice reconciliation activities.

  • Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate issues appropriately to support study success.

  • Facilitate collaboration between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and efficient resource utilization.

  • Lead internal and external discussions and negotiations to support study objectives and contractual commitments.

  • Apply structured problem-solving techniques to address client concerns, resolve operational challenges, and maintain issue tracking documentation.

  • Ensure timely resolution of customer escalations while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

  • Support business development, operational, investigator, and site meetings by presenting project services, operational workflows, and study updates when required.

  • Assist with onboarding, mentoring, and training of new project management team members.

  • Participate in departmental initiatives, special projects, and continuous improvement activities.

What We Look For

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant project management experience.

  • 1 to 4 years of project management experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, clinical research, medical device, life sciences, or related industries.

  • Understanding of the drug development process and clinical research environment.

  • Strong project planning, organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.

  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, timelines, budgets, and deliverables simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of project financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and scope management principles.

  • Ability to identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build productive client and cross-functional team relationships.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

  • High attention to detail and demonstrated responsiveness to customer inquiries and operational requests.

  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
