Countertop Lead Installer

Franklin Building Supply is looking for a Lead Installer who treats every solid surface installation like it's going in their own home, because the way we see it, craftsmanship isn't a task you complete — it's a reputation you build, one countertop at a time.

THE OPPORTUNITY 

• As Lead Installer, you'll be the person in the field turning raw material into a finished product a homeowner will show off for years,  installing solid surface countertops with the kind of precision and attention to detail that separates a good installer from a great one. 
• But this role is about more than technical skill. Every job site you walk onto, you're representing Franklin Building Supply — which means respect for the home you're working in, respect for the material you're shaping, respect for the job site itself, and respect for every person you work alongside, from the crew to the customer. Do that consistently, and you won't just be installing countertops, you'll be building the reputation that makes us the preferred dealer in this market. 

Requirements

• A craftsman's eye for detail — tight seams, clean caulk lines, a finished product you'd be proud to put your name on. 
• A professional approach on every job site — respect for the home, the material, the schedule, and the people around you. 
• Someone who represents the company well — in appearance, communication, and work ethic. 
• A problem solver who brings solutions to the table instead of excuses.  Knowing when to stop an install because conditions are not right.  
• Pride of ownership in the finished product, every single time.
