Job Responsibilities
- Lead complex Conventional and Advanced Packaging scenario studies and financial analyses to support Micron’s Assembly & Test manufacturing network.
- Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance leadership teams to evaluate business scenarios and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Develop cost models and financial analyses to support key decisions related to cost competitiveness, capacity planning, manufacturing network optimization, and technology transitions.
- Manage the increasing volume, speed, and complexity of scenario requests by improving analytical processes, standardizing study methodologies, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
- Leverage advanced analytics and AI-enabled tools to automate workflows, improve turnaround time, and enhance the quality, consistency, and efficiency of cost studies.
Preferred Qualifications
Finance & Business Acumen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in operations finance, strategic planning, financial modeling, consulting, or semiconductor manufacturing.
- Strong business case development and scenario modeling experience.
- Strong manufacturing operations and financial analysis experience with a deep understanding of semiconductor production processes, yield drivers, and cost structures. Ability to analyze complex manufacturing data, identify performance gaps, quantify financial impacts, and translate technical findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Deep semiconductor Assembly & Test finance expertise with hands-on experience in backend cost modeling, cost driver analysis, site and technology benchmarking, and cross-functional cost improvement execution

- Ability to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly changing business environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional decisions through data and insights.
IT & AI Skills
