St. Mark Village is hiring a full-time Evening Nurse Supervisor in Palm Harbor, FL — $60,000–$90,000/year for RNs or $54,000–$80,000/year for LPNs, depending on licensure and experience.

What You'll Do

• Manage clinical operations and nursing staff in a long-term care setting
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care and supervise evening shift staff
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and all applicable regulations
• Respond to emergencies, monitor resident conditions, and ensure proper documentation
• Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team
• Participate in quality improvement efforts and attend clinical meetings
• Serve as a resource for staff during the shift

What You'll Need

• Active and current RN or LPN license in the state of Florida required
• Graduation from an accredited RN or LPN program required
• 1–3 years of experience in SNF required
• Management/supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team preferred
• Ability to produce a negative drug test required
