Are you passionate about keeping things moving, solving supply chain challenges, and making a real impact on customer satisfaction? We're looking for a Supply Chain Buyer & Planner who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys balancing planning, procurement, and collaboration.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring materials arrive on time, production runs smoothly, and customers receive what they need, when they need it.

Your Respnsibilities

Drive Production & Order Planning

• Manage customer orders and ensure accurate processing and confirmations.
• Review demand, inventory, capacity, and lead times to determine delivery feasibility.
• Create and maintain detailed production schedules.
• Issue production work orders and coordinate priorities across teams.
• Monitor the order book and proactively identify potential delivery risks.
• Escalate issues when needed to protect customer commitments.
• Partner closely with Customer Service, Sales, Production, Logistics, and other departments to ensure seamless execution.

Lead Purchasing & Supplier Coordination

• Source materials and components to support production requirements.
• Create and manage purchase orders based on MRP recommendations.
• Work with suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and delivery expectations are met.
• Support supplier selection, new material implementation, and engineering changes.
• Partner with Quality teams to resolve supplier performance and quality issues.
• Track supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Optimize Performance

• Help achieve On-Time Delivery (OTD) and inventory targets.
• Maintain healthy inventory levels while balancing customer requirements.
• Support continuous improvement within supply chain processes.
• Follow quality, safety, and environmental standards in all daily activities.

Your Qualifications

• High school diploma or university degree.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Solid computer and systems skills.
• Experience in production planning, purchasing, supply chain, or materials management is a plus.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
