About the Department

Personal Financial Services: We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Overview of the Role

Business Management Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives that drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence from individual customer perspective. This role involves deep market analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic planning to ensure the bank remains competitive in Vietnam market and customer-centric.

Job Responsibilities

1) Strategic Planning & Execution.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow PFS business.

• Align business goals with operational activities and resource allocation.

• Oversight annual business planning and budgeting processes.

2) Market & Business Performance Analysis.

• Conduct market research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to contribute and drive the innovation in product offerings, customer experience, and digital transformation.

• Collaborate with products, marketing, and operations teams to drive strategic initiatives.

• Align KPIs and performance metrics to monitor business success with business lines: Unsecured, Deposit & Wealth, Secured.

• Analyze financial and operational data to identify areas for improvement.

3) Collaboration.

• Lead the discussion and planning across functional teams to execute strategic projects.

• Provide strategic consultants to senior leadership.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

• 3–5 years of experience in retail banking industry, preferred product and digital banking background.

• Strong understanding of retail banking operations and regulatory environment.

• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
