Our client is a global packaging manufacturer specializing in innovative plastic and aluminium closure solutions for the food, beverage, industrial, and consumer markets. With a strong international presence, the company operates advanced manufacturing facilities worldwide and has an established operation in Kulai, Johor.
Job Responsibility
- Reporting to Production Manager.
- Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of all production equipment and plant facility.
- Plan for regular preventive maintenance program for key equipment.
- Propose and make recommendations for better process flow, production method etc.
- Train the production staff on function and operation of equipment.
- Trouble shooting of faulty machineries to ensure low downtime of all equipment.
- Make recommendations for spare part purchases and maintain right level of spare parts for key items.
- Ensure equipment in safe operational condition.
- Responsible for Commission and set up of all new machinery for the plant.
- Company reserve the right to add substrate change, modify the role as and when the business or organizational needs.
Job Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering or science stream background or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in plant and machinery maintenance.
- Familiar with plastics injection machine function and mold servicing.
Salary Range: RM8k - RM10k
